Carter Oil Company is a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company owned by Kevin and Cara Carter of Pascoag, Rhode Island. We strongly believe in the importance of family and community. With these values in hand, we started Carter Oil Company about 14 years ago. Kevin has over 20 years experience in this field.

We offer heating and air conditioning service and installations, as well as oil deliveries, to the people of Northern Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and nearby Connecticut. As a full service company, we offer automatic deliveries, budget plans, call-in oil deliveries, and oil tank protection plans. We also offer 24-hour emergency oil burner service to all of our oil customers.

It is our commitment to offer the very best service at a very reasonable price to our customers. We hope to keep a family owned oil company like ours right here in Northern Rhode Island for many years to come.
